The book is divided into five chapters, each of which covers a different decade of the occupation. The fifth chapter, "The Present," covers the period from the end of the Second Intifada to the present day. The chapter includes photographs of the Israeli separation wall, as well as essays by Palestinian activists who are working to end the occupation.
